Prior to working on any customer job site, or dealing with any customer issue, every Fiedler Pumping team member receives extensive training. Our technicians and office staff begin their careers at Fiedler’s with a minimum of three months orientation to their responsibilities prior to being on their own in their job duties.
In addition to this training, all employees are required to further advance within one year of hire. They complete this education through the University of Minnesota SSTS Program or the Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Association. These programs allow employees to become certified wastewater specialists which will ensure they are able to assist the company in managing any of your wastewater needs.
President & Office Manager | Vice-President & Field Service Manager
Jeff and Cindy have been owners of Fiedler Your Pumping Specialists, Inc. since 2010.
Working on farm equipment for over 30 years and subsequently taking over the family farm provided Jeff with the experience and knowledge needed to keep a fleet of this size running. Therefore, Jeff’s crop management knowledge, along with his maintainer training and certification, prepared him well for managing the company’s land application process.
Cindy currently holds certifications from the MPCA as a Type 4 wastewater operator, Maintainer and Service Provider. Additionally, Cindy brings a Master’s degree and over 30 years of nursing management experience to her role on the business side of Fiedler’s
In 2012, Fiedler’s Your Pumping Specialists, Inc moved the business from Rice to Jeff and Cindy’s home farm. This move made it possible for the couple and their son Kenton to more easily manage their crop farming operation. Along with crop farming, they raise poultry under a contract with Pilgrims Pride and have a herd of Black Angus Cattle.
If they ever have free time, they enjoy spending time having fun with their children and grandchildren.

Further, Bre handles Fiedler’s community service projects and acts as company liaison for donation requests. Therefore, Bre’s experience and training make her more than qualified to answer ANY wastewater question!
When Bre is not helping our customers, she is either camping or at home enjoying time with her husband and their three exceptional, very energetic children
