Prior to being allowed on any customer job site or dealing with any customer issue all of our team of technicians and office staff begin their careers at Fiedler’s with a minimum of three months of orientation to their job requirements prior to being on their own in their job duties. Within one year of hire, all employees are required to further advance their training through the University of Minnesota SSTS Program or the Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Association. These programs allow employees to become certified wastewater specialists which will ensure they are able to assist the company in managing any of your wastewater needs.
President & Office Manager | Vice-President & Field Service Manager
Jeff and Cindy have been owners of Fiedler Your Pumping Specialists, Inc. since 2010.
Working on farm equipment for over 30 years and subsequently taking over the family farm provided Jeff with the experience and knowledge needed to keep a fleet of this size running. Jeff’s crop management knowledge, along with his maintainer training and certification, prepared him well for managing the company’s land application process.
Cindy currently holds certifications from the MPCA as a Type 4 wastewater operator, Maintainer and Service Provider. Cindy also brings a Master’s degree and over 30 years of nursing management experience to her role on the business side of Fiedler’s
In 2012, Fiedler’s Your Pumping Specialists, Inc moved the business from Rice to Jeff and Cindy’s home farm. This move made it possible for the couple and their son Kenton to more easily manage their crop farming operation. Along with crop farming, they raise poultry under a contract with Pilgrims Pride and have a herd of Black Angus Cattle.
If they ever have free time, they enjoy spending time and having fun with their children and grandchildren.
