Prior to working on any customer job site, or dealing with any customer issue, every Fiedler Pumping team member receives extensive training. Our technicians and office staff begin their careers at Fiedler’s with a minimum of three months orientation to their responsibilities prior to being on their own in their job duties.
In addition to this training, all employees are required to further advance within one year of hire. They complete this education through the University of Minnesota SSTS Program or the Minnesota Onsite Wastewater Association. These programs allow employees to become certified wastewater specialists which will ensure they are able to assist the company in managing any of your wastewater needs.

Jeff and Cindy have been owners of Fiedler Your Pumping Specialists, Inc. since 2010.
In 2012, Fiedler’s Your Pumping Specialists, Inc moved the business from Rice to Jeff and Cindy’s home farm. This move made it possible for the couple and their son Kenton to more easily manage their crop farming operation. Along with crop farming, they raise poultry under a contract with Pilgrims Pride and have a herd of Black Angus Cattle.
If they ever have free time, they enjoy spending time having fun with their children and grandchildren.
